Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (Does not include carrier shipping time). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours (2 business days).
Delivery Address Changes
We do not allow for address changes or delivery changes once a tracking number has been assigned to your order.There are no exceptions once a tracking # has been generated.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
xcart.pro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping
Standard rates/fees may be applied.Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are currently unavailable for consumer purchases.
For unused consumer purchases from xcart.pro may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Customer will be responsible for shipping on returns. If you are requesting a return, contact us at support@xcart.pro with details as to reasons for returning product. We will provide all return shipping instructions.
Once returned items are received and verified by our returns department, we will issue a refund to the method of payment used to place the original order. Once issued, refunds take 5–10 days to appear on your statement. To check the status of your return, contact support@xcart.pro.
You must include your xcart.pro order number with your return.
Damaged/Defective Goods: If your item is damaged or defective prior to initial use, you may qualify for a replacement. Please submit a claim by contacting us at support@xcart.pro for additional information. Only verifiable damaged or defective items will be eligible for replacement.
We are unable to refund shipping charges unless delivery was delayed.
We do not offer refunds on ANY used items or items purchased through our retail partners.
